Silvermerc Designs is a fast-growing artificial jewellery brand with strong existing online sales. We are now focused on aggressively scaling across marketplaces, our website, and new revenue channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused individual who can build, scale, and own our e-commerce sales and new business development. This is an on-ground, high-impact role where you will directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Sales Growth
- Drive and scale sales across Shopify (website), Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio etc.
- Optimize listings, pricing, and product visibility
- Identify and scale high-performing products
2. Performance Marketing (Ads)
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- Focus on scaling revenue with strong ROAS
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
3. Marketplace Expansion & Management
- Launch and manage new marketplaces
- Handle catalog uploads, SEO, and platform optimization
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers
4. Analytics & Strategy
- Track KPIs: Sales, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV
- Analyze performance and execute data-driven growth strategies
5. New Business Development
- Develop new revenue channels (B2B, bulk buyers, resellers)
- Build partnerships with influencers and affiliates
- Explore expansion into new markets and customer segments
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years experience in e-commerce / growth / business development
- Hands-on experience with ads and marketplaces
- Strong execution mindset with ownership attitude
- Analytical thinking + problem-solving ability
- Hunger to grow revenue, not just manage operations
