Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Super Speciality Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, and ensuring smooth clinical operations while maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to patients in the clinic.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
- Maintain patient records and update clinical documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and proper maintenance of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Follow all medical protocols, safety standards, and clinic policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing).
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital (Freshers may also apply).
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care.
- Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
- Responsible, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
