Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our dairy plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth processing, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily production activities
- Monitor milk processing and dairy product manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science
- B.Voc in Dairy Technology
- Diploma in Dairy Technology
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a dairy plant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
