OVERVIEW
Responsibilities require the incumbent to possess functional expertise in manufacturing plant engineering along with customer relationship skills to virtually lead projects which assess, solve, and improve plant productivity and optimize manufacturing costs by leveraging Reliability, Controls and Systems Engineering

Support Reliability Improvement:
Understand Asset Care Management Strategy.
- Create preventive maintenance plans for packaging and processing equipment while referring equipment manuals, drawings, pictures, videos and historical data.
- Help identify critical spare parts to be stocked to bring down repair time at lowest inventory cost.
- Support plant and corporate engineering teams to establish best practices for equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Develop expertise on CMMS systems viz., Maximo, MQIS.
- Developing knowledge base on key GMI technologies covering both process and equipment’s.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance costs.
- Develop data acquisition and data automation tools and perform initial analysis.
- Engage to understand impact of work delivered on equipment uptime and maintenance cost.

Project Management & Collaboration
Support reliability improvement projects alongside Project Leads.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with plant teams and vendors to help ensure successful project execution.
- Help to develop knowledge base on platform processes, systems, and technologies.
- Work effectively in a cross-cultural virtual team using influence and collaboration.
- Work alongside peers and share/develop best practices and elevate the team’s ability to tackle business questions.
- Create, maintain, and adhere to process documentation and strive for continuous improvement.
- Live by championship values and recognize others who demonstrate the same.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any one: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation

Experience: 2 Years of experience in equipment Maintenance & Reliability

Technical Skills:Demonstrated experience in the Reliability or Controls and Systems Engineering domain, prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills:Good Communication and learning agility skill.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
