Job Responsibilities
- Teach all assigned subjects to primary-grade students.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Create a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
- Assess students' academic and overall development regularly.
- Organize classroom activities, storytelling, art & craft, and learning games.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and classroom documentation.
- Encourage creativity, discipline, confidence, and social skills among students.
- Support the overall emotional and intellectual growth of every child.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young children
- Creative, patient, and compassionate personality
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
