- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in bedsheets, home furnishings, textiles, garments, or consumer products.
- Good knowledge of store operations, inventory management, billing, stock reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
- Experience in managing sales staff, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and maintaining discipline.
- Ability to handle customers professionally, understand their requirements, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, bedsheets, home furnishing products, sizes, designs, colours, packaging, and product quality will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to monitor stock levels, inward and outward movement of goods, damaged products, returns, and stock shortages.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Candidate should be honest, responsible, punctual, organised, and capable of independently managing the store.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and suggest methods to improve store sales.
- Fluency in Hindi is required. Basic working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Willingness to work during weekends, festivals, and peak business periods when required.
