Job Title: Google Ads Executive (PPC Specialist)
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to maximize ROI and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using industry tools.
- Plan campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Write compelling ad copies and optimize landing page recommendations for higher conversions.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, CPC, CTR, Quality Score, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, headlines, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through negative keywords, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and ad scheduling.
- Monitor budgets to ensure efficient spending and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and clients.
- Stay updated with Google's latest advertising policies, algorithm changes, and PPC trends.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design, and Web Development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Identify new growth opportunities for lead generation and online sales.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and Remarketing).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of bidding strategies such as Manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, and Target ROAS.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
- Excellent written communication for ad copy creation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and user experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
