Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Consultancy Counselor to guide and support students in selecting suitable academic programs, colleges, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, managing admissions-related processes, maintaining relationships with students and parents, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding academic programs, career paths, and admission opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about universities, colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
- Guide students on documentation, application submissions, scholarships, and visa procedures (if applicable).
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain and update student databases, records, and inquiry reports.
- Coordinate with universities/institutions for admission updates and application status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Participate in seminars, educational fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction throughout the counseling process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
