Manage daily office operations and administrative activities. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (physical and digital). Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense tracking.
