Type: Internship (3-month term with potential conversion)
Your mission: Assist in building paid campaigns that produce measurable leads and sales — and learning to never spend into the dark.
You will support paid media across our Launch Campaign product and the paid side of retainers. You will also learn the hard rule that defines our process: no spend without verified conversion tracking.
Key areas of support:
- Assisting with paid media across Launch Campaigns and Monthly Growth Retainers.
- Learning and enforcing the pre-spend tracking gate (the no-spend-without-tracking rule).
What you will do:
- Assisting in building campaign strategy and accounts on Google and Meta (learning structure, tight ad groups), covering Search, Performance Max/Shopping, and remarketing/retargeting.
- Drafting RSAs (headlines, descriptions), applying negative-keyword lists, and assisting with budget management.
- Coordinating ad creative with other team members (you will learn to brief and assemble, they produce).
- Learning to verify conversion tracking is firing before a dollar is spent.
- Assisting with weekly optimization and A/B tests; learning to report in plain language tied to CPL/CPA/ROAS.
- Following established standards; participating in peer-review processes.
What we are looking for:
- Academic knowledge or projects showing an understanding of managed-spend strategies and performance metrics (CPL/CPA/ROAS).
- Foundational Google Ads and Meta Ads knowledge (Search, Performance Max/Shopping, remarketing).
- A strong commitment to verifying tracking before launch.
- Ability to connect spend to outcomes in client reporting.
Bonus points: Basic knowledge of LinkedIn/Microsoft Ads, advanced audience strategy, or landing-page principles.
