We required Engineer - Quality (Machine Shop) for our company based in Mohali, Punjab
Qualification: - B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum 6 Years required.
Requirements: ·
- In-process quality inspection (setup, first-off, patrolling).
- Dimensional checking using gauges/instruments.
- Quality documentation & reports in MS Excel/Word/PPT.
- Rejection/rework analysis & RCA.
- Customer complaint handling (8D reports).
- Represent quality during customer visits/audits, present technical data confidently.
- Support IATF 16949 audits.
- Calibration & control plan adherence.
- Coordinate with Production/Planning to resolve issues.
- Local candidates are preferred.
Required Skills –
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machines.
- Knowledge of 7QC Tools, PPAP, CAPA, Reading drawings, GD&T, control plans.
- Understanding of Quality tools & inspection requirements.
- Team Handling, Problem Solving & good communication skills.
- Good hands-on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
