About the Role
Love chatting, love closing deals? This one's for you! We're looking for sharp, persuasive, and customer-obsessed individuals to join our chat sales team supporting a leading US telecom client. You'll be handling multiple live chats simultaneously, helping customers find the perfect internet package, cell phone plan, or accessory — all while turning conversations into conversions.
If you're someone who can multitask like a pro, talk your way through objections, and genuinely enjoys the thrill of closing a sale, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound chat inquiries from US customers interested in internet packages, cell phones, and related accessories
- Manage multiple live chats at once without dropping the ball on quality or speed
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or plans
- Use your negotiation and convincing skills to turn inquiries into confirmed sales
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize order value
- Build rapport quickly through text — tone, clarity, and persuasion all matter
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and chat handling KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written communication skills — clear, fast, and engaging
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to convince and close
- Confidence in negotiation and objection handling
- Natural upselling instinct — you know how to add value to every conversation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in chat process, sales, or telecom (preferred but not mandatory)
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
