Role Overview
The Junior QA/QC Engineer will support quality assurance and inspection activities in our manufacturing facility and project sites. The role involves monitoring production quality, maintaining inspection documentation, and ensuring that all products meet engineering specifications and company quality standards.
Candidates from QA/QC backgrounds in manufacturing, fabrication, steel, automotive, mechanical, or construction industries are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided on our panelized building system components.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct quality inspections during raw material receipt, in-process production, and finished product stages.
· Verify dimensions, tolerances, and structural & non-structural components according to engineering drawings.
· Maintain QA/QC inspection reports, documentation, and digital checklists.
· Identify non-conformances and quality deviations and report them to senior engineers.
· Work closely with production, design, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
· Monitor panel manufacturing and site erection quality to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
· Support implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
· Assist in preparing inspection reports, quality documentation, and project quality records.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering
1-2 years of experience in QA/QC, quality inspection, or manufacturing operations.
