Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of press shop machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential breakdowns.
- Coordinate with the production team for smooth machine operation.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Manage critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Support machine operators in resolving basic technical issues.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and complete assigned work within timelines.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in press shop / sheet metal / manufacturing maintenance.
- Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience with press machines and industrial equipment is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle maintenance activities independently.
- C License Holder will be an added advantage
