Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably, and expertise in performance marketing for lead generation and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes, privacy updates, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues related to tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Expertise in audience creation, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and retargeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹1 crore+ (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or lead generation campaigns.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional certification.
- Exposure to Google Ads or other paid media platforms is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
