About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, conceptual thinking, and hands-on expertise across ATL, BTL, digital, motion, and AI-assisted creative production. This role requires someone who can translate brand strategy into visually compelling communication across multiple platforms while maintaining consistency and innovation.
The candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably across real estate, retail, lifestyle, luxury, or agency ecosystems, and be capable of independently driving design projects from concept to execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Design & Brand Execution
● Conceptualize and create high-impact visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Develop creative assets for (ATL) and (BTL) marketing including:
- Print ads
- Hoardings / Billboards
- Brochures / Flyers / Leaflets - Signages / Kiosks / Branding Collaterals
- Event / Exhibition / On-ground branding
- Packaging / Merchandise
- Digital Creatives
Digital & Social Media Creative
● Design engaging creatives for:
- Social media posts/stories/reels covers
- Website banners / landing pages / emailers
- Performance marketing ads / digital campaigns
- Presentation decks / pitch documents
Motion & Rich Media
● Create GIFs, motion graphics, and animated creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.
● Collaborate on video editing/basic motion design for promotional assets.
AI-Driven Creative Development
● Leverage AI design tools/platforms (Mid journey, Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) for ideation, concept generation, enhancement, and rapid prototyping.
● Stay updated with evolving AI creative/design trends and integrate them into workflow efficiencies.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas/concepts.
● Translate briefs into strong visual storytelling and compelling design narratives.
Vendor / Production Coordination
● Work closely with print vendors/fabricators to ensure high-quality production outputs.
● Ensure al files/artworks are production-ready with proper specifications.
Team Collaboration
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, digital, content, and events teams for seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic design/creative design.
● Proficiency in: - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Figma / Canva / Other modern design platforms
● Strong understanding of: Typography, layout, color theory, branding, and composition.
● Experience in motion graphics/animation/GIF creation.
● Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and prompt-based creative generation.
● Strong understanding of print production and digital asset specifications.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Strong portfolio showcasing ATL, BTL, Digital, Branding, and Motion work.
● Experience working in agency/brand-side environments.
● Excellent communication and presentation ski ls.
● Highly organized, proactive, and creatively driven.
● Ability to think strategically, not just execute visually.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
