We’re looking for a passionate Continental & Mediterranean Chef who understands fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and beautiful presentation.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for preparing and standardizing:
- Gourmet sandwiches (veg & non-veg)
- Fresh seasonal salads
- Signature dressings & vinaigrettes
- Dips & condiments (pesto, aioli, tapenade, hummus, relishes, flavored butters)
- Cheese boards & grazing platters
- Mediterranean dishes (mezze, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, cold pastas, etc.)
- Cold kitchen prep & mise-en-place
This is a hands-on kitchen role in a fast-growing premium grocery & bakery brand focused on quality and ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high consistency and quality
- Develop and standardize sandwich spreads & dressings
- Ensure proper portioning and minimal wastage
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in new product development
Coordinate with operations for daily production planning
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years experience in continental / café / Mediterranean kitchen
- Strong flavor balancing skills
- Good knife skills & cold kitchen efficiency
- Knowledge of emulsions, dressings & scratch-made condiments
- Eye for plating and premium presentation
- Organized, clean & disciplined
Bonus if you
- Have worked in a premium café or gourmet store
- Understand artisanal breads & sourdough
- Have experience with cheese handling & storage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
