Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations using Zoho Inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records across warehouses and locations.
- Monitor inward, outward, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Ensure real-time inventory visibility and stock reconciliation.
- Create and manage SKUs, reorder levels, bundles, and price lists.
- Coordinate with procurement to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
- Generate inventory reports, including stock movement, aging, valuation, and variance reports.
- Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for seamless inventory management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement inventory optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory is mandatory. Applications without Zoho Inventory experience will not be considered.
- Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, factory, or warehouse inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory lifecycle, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes.
- Experience handling multiple SKUs and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience with Zoho Books or ERP integrations.
- Exposure to Retail, D2C, Manufacturing, or E-commerce inventory operations.
- Understanding of GST implications on inventory transactions.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses.
