Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients regarding treatment plans and wellness programs.
- Address client concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Support client retention and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nutritionists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in promoting clinic services, wellness packages, and membership programs.
- Meet client satisfaction and retention targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or sales is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
