Greentech Environ Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage government and private tenders related to Solid Waste Management and Bio-Medical Waste Management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and monitor tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, state e-procurement portals, and other tender websites.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bid preparation.
- Handle EMD, Bank Guarantees, tender fees, and related documentation.
- Maintain tender records, follow up on bid status, and attend pre-bid meetings when required.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in tender handling.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal, and other government e-tendering portals.
- Good knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Experience in the Waste Management industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in tender management is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
