Role Overview
We are looking for an Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, drive customer experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning while achieving business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the clinic and store
- Monitor sales trends, footfall, and performance metrics
- Ensure high standards of clinic presentation and visual merchandising
- Handle inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
- Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Implement SOPs and maintain operational excellence
- Drive customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations/retail/clinic management
- Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills
- Ability to drive sales and operational KPIs
- High ownership and action-oriented mindset
