Experience: 3+ Years | Hospitality Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer coordination.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality profiles and hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
