Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content for digital platforms, have excellent writing skills, and be able to produce content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and original content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop content calendars and plan content based on marketing campaigns.
- Write clear, creative, and error-free copy for different platforms.
- Create short-form and long-form content, including captions, articles, scripts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media trends, and audience preferences.
- Optimise content for SEO and improve website visibility.
- Review and edit content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Maintain the company's brand voice across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Creative, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in video scripting and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
- Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools is an advantage.
