- The Transition Manager is responsible for the end to end transition and stabilization of BFSI services under a Build Operate Transform BOT engagement
- This role ensures secure compliant and disruption free onboarding of banking financial services or insurance operations while meeting regulatory risk and control requirements
- The individual owns transition outcomes across people process technology data and governance while creating a strong foundation for transformation and long term operational resilience
- Experience
- 15 years in BFSI operations IT services or managed services
- Proven experience in BOT outsourcing or large BFSI transitions
- Experience working with global banks insurers or financial institutions
- Core Skills
- BFSI transition management and governance expertise
- Strong understanding of risk compliance controls and regulatory expectations
- Stakeholder management across business risk compliance and regulators
- Structured execution issue resolution and executive communication
- Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to banking ops payments lending risk compliance or product platform support
- Familiarity with RBI FFIEC OCC FCA frameworks as applicable
- Certifications in ITIL PMP Prince2 Lean Six Sigma preferred
