Job Role : We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support business operations through client coordination, delivery tracking, and business reporting. The role requires strong MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) along with excellent English communication to manage client interactions and prepare business reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare business reports, MIS reports, and operational summaries using MS Excel.
· Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and client discussions.
· Track and monitor client deliveries and shipment status and ensure timely updates.
· Communicate with clients regarding delivery updates, delays, and operational issues.
· Respond promptly to client queries and maintain professional communication.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
· Escalate critical issues to management when required.
· Maintain proper records of reports, presentations, and operational data.
· Support management with data analysis, reporting, and coordination tasks
