Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our electrical showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical, electronics, or home appliance retail, with the ability to lead a sales team, manage inventory, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
- Handle billing, cash management, and showroom administration.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and company standards.
Qualifications
- Plus Two (Higher Secondary), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Sales Executive in an Electrical, Electronics, or Home Appliances showroom.
- Good knowledge of electrical products and consumer electronics.
- Basic knowledge of POS/ERP software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
