Job Summary
The Front Desk cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling visitor interactions, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining office records, and providing support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments when required.
- Maintain office stationery inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support management with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Employee Coordination
- Assist employees with administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Support HR in employee onboarding formalities and documentation.
Office Operations
- Monitor office housekeeping and facility management activities.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain vendor databases and contact information.
- Keep records of office assets and inventory.
- Organize and archive administrative documents systematically.
- Prepare reports and MIS as directed by management.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Administration or Office Management will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, or Administrative roles.
