Venus is one of India’s leading names in tools, auto parts, and tractor components, manufactured by Osho Tools Pvt. Ltd. We are looking to strengthen our technical after-sales and customer support capabilities across our product portfolio.
We are looking for a technically sound and customer-focused individual to manage after-sales service, customer complaints, warranty coordination, dealer support, and service follow-ups for Venus products.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of tools, electrical equipment, machinery, motors, spare parts, and repair processes. The role requires someone who can understand technical complaints, speak confidently with dealers, mechanics, technicians, and customers, and coordinate the right service action.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints through phone, WhatsApp, dealer references, website forms, and service partners.
- Collect required details such as invoice, product photo/video, serial number, warranty card, customer location, and issue description.
- Diagnose basic technical issues remotely through customer videos, photos, and calls.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, technicians, and service partners for complaint resolution.
- Verify warranty eligibility based on invoice date, product condition, warranty policy, and service records.
- Decide whether a case should be treated as warranty, paid repair, misuse, or escalation.
- Maintain a service ticket record for every complaint.
- Track repair status and update customers regularly.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements with service partners and internal teams.
- Maintain records of spare parts used against service and warranty claims.
- Support the development of service SOPs, warranty processes, and complaint tracking systems.
- Identify repeated product failures and report them to management.
- Prepare weekly after-sales reports covering complaints received, resolved, pending, warranty cases, paid repairs, spare parts used, and common issue trends.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in tools, electrical equipment, machinery, motors, pumps, appliances, automotive electricals, industrial equipment, or service operations.
- ITI / Diploma / technical background preferred.
- Good practical understanding of repair and service issues.
- Ability to speak with mechanics, dealers, technicians, and customers.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic complaint tracking systems.
- Strong follow-up discipline and record-keeping ability.
- Honest, practical, and solution-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
