About Us
Essence Early Intervention & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary therapy center dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning challenges, and sensory processing needs. We work collaboratively as a team to provide individualized, child-centered intervention.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments (if applicable).
- Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions for children with developmental and communication needs.
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Behavioral Therapists, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports.
- Conduct parent counseling and provide home program recommendations.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- Valid RCI registration (preferred).
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Speech Delay, Developmental Delay, and related conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in early intervention.
- Knowledge of AAC, oral motor therapy, and feeding therapy.
- Ability to conduct parent training sessions.
- Experience with group therapy programs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
