Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Channel Development Manager to join with our tractor attachment division.
Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new channel partners (distributors, resellers, VARs) in designated regions or markets. Develop and execute channel strategies and business plans to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in channel sales
