Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites regularly
- Supervise security guards and field staff
- Manage attendance and deployment
- Coordinate with clients and solve issues
- Prepare daily/weekly field reports
- Ensure discipline and smooth operations
Requirements:
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
- Basic communication skills (Kannada/English preferred)
- Ability to travel across Bengaluru
- Experience in Sales field is plus
- Immediate joining preferred
