Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans that attract customers, build brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email, social media, and paid advertising
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor insights, and new opportunities
- Create and oversee marketing budgets and campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing or brand management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience with marketing analytics and CRM software
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing
