Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 Infrastructure & Deployment Support Engineer to manage Linux servers, application deployments, production support, and infrastructure monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on deployment experience, and a solid understanding of networking and Oracle connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Deploy applications across UAT, DR, and Production environments
- Monitor infrastructure health and system performance
- Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve infrastructure issues
- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle connectivity (Listener, TNS, Basic SQL)
- Handle networking-related issues (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL)
- Provide production support and ensure high system availability
- Maintain deployment documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Linux Administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Hands-on experience in Application Deployment
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Incident Management
- Oracle Listener, TNS & Basic SQL knowledge
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL)
- Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Data Center (DC) and Web Hosting
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English

- Private Cloud environments
- BFSI/Core Banking domain exposure
- Git Version Control
- Basic API Validation
- ITSM/Ticket Management tools
