About the Role
We are looking for two detail-oriented Finance Systems Implementation Specialists to support the implementation and optimization of finance solutions for our clients using the Zoho Finance Suite.
The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring finance applications, migrating data, and supporting businesses in digitizing their accounting and operational workflows.
You will work on real-world implementations involving invoicing, payroll, inventory, payments, expenses, and business process automation across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement finance solutions using:
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Inventory
- Zoho Payroll
- Zoho POS
Set up:
- Organizations, users and roles
- GST and other tax settings
- Chart of Accounts
- Approval workflows
- Customer, vendor and item masters
- Inventory and warehouse setup
- Payroll configuration and employee onboarding
- Data migration and validation
- Reports and dashboards
- Provide post-implementation support to clients
Required Skills
Understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of:
- Invoices
- Expenses
- GST
- Vendors
- Inventory
- Payroll
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
Hands-on experience with:
- Zoho Books
- Tally
- Busy
- Any ERP system
Understanding of Indian GST regulations
Prior implementation or consulting experience
Zoho certifications
Exposure to APIs and integrations
Familiarity with workflow automation
Client-facing experience
