Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor to join our academic institution in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching experience, research expertise, and academic leadership capabilities to contribute to the department’s academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate/postgraduate students.
- Develop and update curriculum as per university/industry standards.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and thesis work.
- Participate in departmental planning, academic committees, and accreditation activities.
- Support faculty development and mentor junior faculty members.
- Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and academic events.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.
- Contribute to NAAC/NBA accreditation processes and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Mandatory).
- Master’s degree with excellent academic record.
- Strong research publications in reputed journals.
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education institutions.
