About the Opportunity
A fast-growing specialty chemicals company operating in the flavours and fragrances sector, we create bespoke aromatic solutions for global FMCG, food, beverage, and personal care brands. With deep technical expertise in sensory science and consumer trends, we partner with clients to innovate captivating scent and taste profiles that drive shelf appeal and brand loyalty. Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and market agility—turning raw materials into memorable sensory experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients across FMCG, food, beverage, and personal care verticals in India, driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate client briefs into custom flavour/fragrance formulations, ensuring technical feasibility and market fit.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify white-space opportunities and positioning advantages for new product launches.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and demonstrations to contract negotiation and post-sale support—with a focus on retention and upsell.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client sites to build visibility, credibility, and long-term relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical pitches, and ROI-driven proposals tailored to decision-makers across functions.
