Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong administrative skills tare welcome)

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
✅ Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
✅ Maintain office supplies, assets, inventory, and administrative records
✅ Track invoices, bills, AMCs, and documentation
✅ Support employee onboarding, seating arrangements, ID cards, and office access
✅ Coordinate travel bookings, meeting rooms, and visitor management
✅ Ensure smooth facility management and administrative compliance
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔ 0–2 years of experience in Administration or Office Operations
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Email
