- Develop strong relationships with Managers and Team Leaders to understand departmental hiring needs and job specifications.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process until offer-letter negotiation and final joining.
- Recruitment experience in multiple sectors including IT, Technician, BPO, Sales & Marketing, and other operational fields.
Employee Onboarding & Management
- Introduce newly hired employees to company policies, rules, work culture, and team structures.
- Maintain smooth onboarding processes to ensure employee engagement and productivity from day one.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal, promotion, and performance review processes.
- Coordinate employee training and skill development programs to improve productivity and professional growth.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure company policies, labour laws, and organizational regulations are properly followed.
- Manage resignation procedures, exit formalities, final settlements, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain database and records of candidates and employees efficiently.
Communication & Coordination
- Attend meetings and coordinate effectively with internal teams and management.
- Possess strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, and interpersonal management capabilities.
Brand Promotion & Marketing Support
- Support company branding, promotional activities, and sales marketing initiatives to increase organizational visibility and growth.
