Pre- sales Manager
Experience: 4–5 Years in sales preferably in real estate industry.
Salary: ₹4,80,000 – ₹5,40,000
Incentives: Sales incentives as per company policy
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Assist in customer relationship management activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
