We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to support business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their needs.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and improve customer retention.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify emerging opportunities and provide market feedback to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal preparation, documentation, and deal execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
3 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Developer Sales, or related industries will be preferred.
