Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst
Experience: 8-10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in at least two core supply chain areas, - Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory, or Distribution.
- Interpret demand planning metrics including MAPE, BIAS, Forecast Accuracy, and related planning KPIs to identify business insights.
- Develop strong expertise in supply chain data models and ERP data structures and independently deliver analytical insights for new business requirements.
- Extract, validate, and analyze backend supply chain data from ERP and planning systems using Databricks / SQL.
- Analyze & advice business requirements across demand planning, supply planning, and inventory and translate them into structured analytical solutions.
- Use Power BI to develop insights, dashboards, and actionable business recommendations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process issues across supply chain Data / Process and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP, along with a strong understanding of supply chain data models and ERP data structures.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Databricks to query and analyze backend ERP/supply chain data.
- Experience with Power BI to analyze and communicate supply chain insights.
- Exposure to SAP planning systems (IBP/APO/S4) and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response, with strong knowledge of supply chain data structures.
- Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems will be considered a strong plus.
Experience & Education 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or data-focused roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
