About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, partner engagement, and business growth for our AI Technology for SaaS and ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying affiliate partners, generating qualified meetings, conducting product discussions, and supporting the sales conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage affiliate and referral partnerships to generate qualified business leads.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture affiliates, consultants, channel partners, and business networks.
- Schedule, conduct, and attend client meetings through virtual and physical modes.
- Present SaaS and ERP software solutions to prospective clients and partners.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication with affiliate partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and partner performance.
- Represent the company at business meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, partner acquisition, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, channel sales, SaaS sales, ERP sales, or B2B business development.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, ERP solutions, or enterprise software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct both virtual and face-to-face meetings confidently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
