Job Summary:
Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop team. They receive customer vehicles, identify service requirements, prepare job cards, coordinate repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Handling
- Greet customers professionally and understand vehicle concerns.
- Explain service requirements, repair estimates, and completion timelines.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and service experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Vehicle Reception
- Inspect vehicles during service intake.
- Prepare accurate job cards with customer complaints and service requirements.
- Record vehicle condition and accessories before service.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors for repair work.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up on pending repairs and spare parts availability.
Cost Estimation & Billing
- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval.
- Explain repair costs and service charges clearly.
- Coordinate with billing team for invoice preparation.
Follow-up Activities
- Conduct post-service customer feedback calls.
- Follow up on periodic maintenance schedules.
- Promote AMC, extended warranty, and service campaigns.
Documentation
- Maintain service records and customer database.
- Ensure proper filing of job cards and service documents.
- Update CRM/DMS systems accurately.

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service operations preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
