The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site execution, project coordination, and quality supervision. Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Assist in material planning, site measurements, and quality inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
