Position: Hospital Marketing Manager
Location: Dhepalpur ( MP)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Hospital Marketing Manager to promote hospital services, build strong patient acquisition channels, and improve the hospital’s brand presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hospital marketing strategies
- Promote hospital services in nearby clinics, pharmacies, and referral networks
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare partners
- Handle patient acquisition and OPD/IPD growth initiatives
- Plan and manage local campaigns, camps, and awareness programs
- Coordinate with digital marketing team (if available) for online promotion
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance
Required Skills
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to generate leads and patient inflow
- Knowledge of local market and referral system
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
Qualification
- Any Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Pay: ₹12,231.96 - ₹39,017.59 per month
