Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Stack Python & Java Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop their software development skills. The role involves delivering training sessions, supporting student learning, conducting practical activities, and preparing students for industry opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for students.
- Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey.
- Create a positive and motivating classroom environment.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, assessments, and project reviews.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students in improving their problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Support students with project development and portfolio building.
- Conduct mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and placement preparation activities.
- Address student queries and provide timely guidance.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and training reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve training quality and student outcomes.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into training sessions.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and other academic initiatives organized by the institution.
