Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and referrals.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
- Explain company services, training programs, and solutions to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Language Requirements
Candidates should be able to communicate in:
- Tamil / English / Kannada / Hindi
(Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.)
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, CRM, or Sales is preferred.
