Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain and update website content as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or other marketing certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
