We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Assist in recruitment by posting jobs and screening resumes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of payroll.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
