Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Servicing Executive who can manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery across branding, digital, and marketing projects. This is a full-time, on-site role at Thane, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, manage, and deliver projects across branding, digital marketing, and campaigns.
● Create project timelines, workflows, and task allocations.
● Coordinate with creative, content, performance, and tech teams.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
● Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively.
● Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and scope.
● Prepare status reports and conduct internal review meetings.
Qualification & Skills
● 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager (agency
experience preferred).
● Strong understanding of creative, branding, and digital workflows.
● Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
● Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
● Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.
● Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
